The first week of school! My sometimes shy and clingy kiddo surprised me by greeting the first day of kindergarten head on. No hesitation and no tears (at least from her.) She gave me a kiss, got in line next to her buddy Kendra and waved goodbye as Mrs. Cox marched them single file into the school. She almost defied gravity dancing off the bus later that afternoon, she was so excited. Mrs. Cox is wonderful, creative and sweet. And Olivia is having the time of her life, meeting some new friends and thinks the bus is the greatest adventure ever. I'm so relieved that we have both survived week 1 with no trauma!

I am so glad she had a great week at school. Hunter starts on Monday and could not be more exicted. Caleb is such a doll. I love all the new things he can do.

That is awesome! I will be such a wreck when Mckay starts school. She looks so cute and excited! isn't it crazy how our kids surprise us and can act so grown up.

She looks even older than when i saw you a month ago! Maybe it's the backpack :). I'm glad the first week went so well. Caden still has a while before he starts--it's all so bittersweet, isn't it?
