We are going on three months now of two extremely wiggly two front teeth. The permanent ones are coming in and pushing them all crazy (some days that one in the front is poking almost straight out of her mouth), but they will just not let go!
She goes nuts if I try to touch or wiggle them and whenever any family members point out that her teeth are still there she gets all offended. We've made a compromise - if she will wiggle them by herself every night before bed I won't try to wiggle them for her. So every night before bed she lays there wiggling them (barely - a weak wiggle) for a minute.
I'm really not obsessed with teeth, but I'm worried that they'll affect how the permanent ones grow in if they don't get out of the way soon.
Three months!! I wonder what the record is for how long a loose tooth can hang in there...
