Memory Lane

1. As a comment on my blog, leave on memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the different responses.
3. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

Em, I feel the same way; too many to choose from. But let's just go with the weekly visit to McDonald's with the girls! They always played so well and we always talked so well!

Oh dear! How can I pick just one memory of you?? I guess I will pick $19.75 and "Never Been Kissed." Good ol' high school days. I still can't watch that movie without thinking of that night!

Sweet Emily ~ Although it's been years now, you were such a sweet visiting teacher and have the singing voice of an angel! Hearing you sing just once wasn't enough for me! I remember loving the super crafty things you'd do with Livvy ~ I especially loved the bag you made for her at Easter time with little bunnies in it! Every Christmas I display a picture of my kids in the darling reindeer frame you made me...wow...that's quite a bit for the short time we were together! :) Love ya!

This might be totally dumb but here we go! I think it was in 6th grade at the talent show and you decorated your chin to look like a person! Then you sang this really cute song about the Goldilocks and the Three Bears. I later tried to reenact this for the talent show at my family reunion and failed horribly! I must get the words to that song, it was so cute!

I remember...Having you type my papers for me for English 1010 because you were such a fast typer.

I remember...lots of fun college stuff like, eating pizza, trying on each others clothes, chasing my bunny around, listening to you play the piano, waiting in line for our bathroom :) LOTS of fun stuff!

I totally forgot about the Ikea trip! Ha Ha. I just always remember Corinne wanting to go and play at your house. I think she loved playing with Livvy and you were just so sweet to her I never had to worry. That's hard to accomplish with a first time mother. Thank you for all your help with her! Corinne and I will be there next thursday for a week. We should get together. 262-227-5717

Hey Emily! What a good idea. I will always remember sharing our student recitals in AZ. It was so fun seeing someone else's students perform and planning the recitals was waaaaaay easier and more motivating knowing someone else was in on it with me. You are such a good teacher and musician.

strange memory, but whenever I hear Satellite by Dave Matthews, I think of you and Cameron--I think it was played at your wedding luncheon

There are so many! I remember the sleepover in your basement ("the doors not shut") A cappella and Mads (doing the crane kick from Karate Kid in our robes), the "blind date" we went on when you "met" Cameron, hiking Mt. Olympus (3 girls, 7 guys!), and listening to Enya on our way to Zions. I miss you! Fun memories!
